A class focused on developing strength, power, coordination, and body control as applied to dance. Through technical floor work and acrobatic transitions, the arms, core, and lower body are strengthened, improving stability, spatial awareness, and confidence in movement.
This class provides physical tools that expand the dancer’s stage vocabulary and complement classical and contemporary technique.
