A class focused on developing flexibility, mobility, and muscle elasticity, tailored specifically to the needs of ballet and contemporary dance. Through mindful stretching and progressive exercises, bodily tension is released, range of motion is increased, and the quality, safety, and fluidity of movement in dance technique are improved.
